Easy No DIY Bathroom Refresh

We’ve been in our house a little over three years now. With all of the life changes in the past three years, including moving and the girls starting school, we haven’t had much time to focus on home improvements. When the opportunity to redo our guest bathroom came to me, I jumped at the opportunity. Best of all? There’s no DIY involved in this refresh. None. Nada. Zilch.

Start Small

To begin the transformation, start small. I can easily be overwhelmed when it comes to home projects. I have grand aspirations that usually involve lots of time and money. Thank you, Pinterest. I know I can’t be the only one who does this to themselves, so you’ll be happy to know that my summer bathroom refresh was under $100, and it was all found at Target. It’s easy to start small and make a few changes here and there. One day, there will be more time and more money to accomplish bigger things. For now, small changes will have to do.No DIY Bathroom Refresh #MegaSummerRefresh AD

Comfortable Organization

After deciding to make small changes, I had to determine what exactly needed a change. As you could tell, this particular bathroom in our house was quite the catch all for guests and kids alike. Adding a few simple organization tools like a toothbrush holder and brush tray allows everyone to use the space more efficiently. No DIY Bathroom Refresh #MegaSummerRefresh ADI also love the over-the-tank toilet paper holder I found to keep my Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & StrongĀ® Mega Rolls neat and pretty. Quilted Northern Mega Rolls are 4 regular rolls in one, which means changing them less often. Guests, and moms like me, can appreciate not having to change the roll so much!No DIY Bathroom Refresh #MegaSummerRefresh AD

Don’t Be Afraid of Color

My next thought was to paint the space. Builder’s Beige is a true tragedy, but, for now, we have to live with it. In order to combat the dull wall color, I only thought it appropriate to pay homage to my favorite place in the world: the beach. I took hues from the ocean, the sand, the sky, and, of course, the wildlife in and around the beach itself. Infusing color in small ways really brightens a space. No DIY Bathroom Refresh #MegaSummerRefresh AD

It wasn’t until I hit the bath aisle at Target that I truly became inspired. Pinterest is great, but it can be super frustrating if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for in stores.
