Father’s Day DIY Photo Gift

Happy Father’s Day

We spent the weekend with our families, enjoying our time together and eating lots of yummy food (of course). Neil and I also finally got to see Star Trek: Into Darkness and Man of Steel, both of which were great movies (Star Trek slightly edging out Man of Steel in it’s overall movie-going experience) and a perfect start to the summer movie season.

I often annoy everyone with all of my picture taking nonsense, but I’m especially glad I took this photo while we were all together last weekend.

A lot has changed in 2 years, hasn’t it? Some days I can hardly stand how grown my girls look.

I also want to brag on myself a minute.

Father’s Day DIY Photo Gift

I’m super proud of the gift I made for Father’s Day. I got the inspiration from Pinterest, made a few changes to fit my needs, and voila! Pretty good, wouldn’t you say? Of course the photos aren’t perfect because my kids are crazy, but at least I captured their personalities, right? That’s what it’s all about anyway. This Father's Day gift is an easy DIY. It was inspired by Pinterest and simple to replicate. Makes the perfect gift for the father figure in your life!

I hope you got to spend the weekend with the father figure in your life (or at least gave him a phone call). Thanks again to my dad, my father-in-law, and my awesome husband for being such great father figures in my life. I love you all!
