One of the privileges I have of being a work-from-home mom is to be able to reach out and connect with fellow moms in my online community and support them. We are all trying to live life to the fullest, and sometimes we get by with a little help from our friends.
Today I wanted to share a great project, the Unofficial Disneyland Activity and Autograph Book, from my friend Danielle at Busy Moms Helper.Danielle has put a lot of time and love into this project, and I think it looks amazing! If you’ve ever been to Disneyland, you know that it is quite different from Walt Disney World. For one thing, Disneyland is still currently on the “old” FastPass system of paper tickets. For another, their Fantasyland area does not accept any FastPass reservations. At all. Which means there will be waiting in lines. Which translates into, “Mom, how much longer? Mom, are we about to get on the ride yet? MOM!” I can’t tell you how tiring this conversation gets (oh who am I kidding, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about).
Of course, the ol’ trusty mobile phone entertainment options are a good stand-by, but what if your battery runs out or you’re concerned about using up too much data? What if you had a fun, creative outlet for your kids to work on while you were in line? What about a keepsake for their memories or autographs? That’s where Danielle’s Unofficial Disneyland Activity and Autograph Book comes in.This book is packed full of fun games, mazes, design your own superhero costume pages, connect the dots and more! In addition to the games, there are check lists, broken down by ‘lands’ and height requirements, so you can keep track of which rides you’ve done and which ones are still left on your list.On top of the activities pages, there are some beautifully illustrated pages perfect for character autographs! No more boring blank pages for your child. Just find the corresponding page while you’re waiting in line, and have the character sign away! It’s also a great way to keep track of which autographs you already have and which ones you still need to get. When your day is over, there are also a few “keepsake” pages for you to write down the days events. Was there a special experience that happened today? Did you have a funny moment with a character or Cast Member? Write it down before you forget those precious memories! And don’t worry about adding 1. more. thing. to your bag. These books are 66 pages and are 6 x 9 in size, so they will fit easily in your park bag without taking up too much room.So are you ready to get yourself a copy of this amazing book? Well you’re in luck because not only can you order one for yourself, but I am also giving one away! Make sure to enter by using the Rafflecopter widget below.
